A dangerous, fiery street takeover at 69th Street and Eliot Avenue in Queens on April 18 was not something to shrug off. But the NYPD is being asked to do too much with too little.

The teen who fled the country after allegedly gunning down a 15-year-old boy when a bitter gang-fueled brawl erupted at a Queens park has been arrested.

The maniac knifed the 74-year-old victim in the left side of his gut around 12:30 a.m. at 31st Avenue and 94th Street in Jackson Heights, police said.
