Mysterious rotting skeleton found in storage area under NYC highway

The grisly discovery was reported to cops just after 11 a.m., with the remains found in a vacant, doored-off storage area under the ramp of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway’s Exit 41 for Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, police and sources said.
